Dear Life

A crisp and stylish view of life, its twists turns and downright fickleness. The characters full of doubts and imperfections seen through a Canadian backdrop. The autobiographical finale is surprising and endearing. 7/10

I found the characters one dimensional, it was hard to be interested in their lives.
True to life short stories with subtle and acute observations written in the first person. There are no particular happy endings to the stories but endings which mimic the unsatisfactoriness of real life. 9/10
